Mac Repairs

If your Mac is damaged and needs repair, please first bring it to IT so that we can determine what repairs may be necessary.

If your Mac is in warranty (less than three years old) then it can be repaired for free depending on the terms of the warranty and the repair needed. IT will arrange this for you.

If your Mac is more than three years old or the repair isn't covered under the terms of the warranty then it can still be repaired but there will be a charge. We can obtain a quote for the repair and you can choose to charge it to a budget.

If you have a privately owned Mac IT Support can also arrange for your system to be repaired under warranty however if it is a out of warranty repair then other places you can try are:
