Accessing lecture information page

I am asked for username and password when accessing lecture information URL

Direct access to the lecture information page is allowed only from Oxford University network. Connect your device to Oxford University network or set up VPN service provided by Oxford University Central IT services to get a direct access to the lecture information page. Next go to this URL http://www.physics.ox.ac.uk/lectures/
Please notice: lecture information page is not directly accessibly when using EDUROM network. You would be asked for username and password.

My username or password is not recognized

You are asked for username and password because you are accessing the lecture information page from network that is not Oxford University network e.g. EDUROM.

Solution 1: Connect to Oxford University network

Please connect device to Oxford University network or use VPN service and go to this url: www.physics.ox.ac.uk/lectures/

Solution 2: Login using a University Single Sign On (SSO) credentials

Use SSO username followed by @OX.AC.UK (please notice upper case) and SSO password:
username: abcd1234@OX.AC.UK
password: SSO password

You still need a valid Physics account to use above method.

Solution 3: Login using a Department of Physics account details

You can log in to this page by providing physics username and password. If you are undergraduate student your Physics username is the same as SSO but password is different (it is the same username and password you use to access machines in teaching lab).
