Wolfson Foundation gives £1milion towards national thin film cluster

The Wolfson Foundation has given £1 million towards the establishment of a new national thin-film cluster facility for advanced functional materials. The facility, which will be hosted and managed by Oxford Physics, will place the UK at the forefront of this cutting-edge field.

Conference for Undergraduate Women in Physics UK 2019

Almost one hundred undergraduate women in physics spent three days in Oxford earlier this month for the Conference for Undergraduate Women in Physics UK. This is the fifth time Oxford Physics has hosted the conference under the leadership of Professor Daniela Bortoletto.
