Seminars & Events

All graduate students must attend the weekly group seminar as it is formally part of their graduate training.

All seminars in Physics are listed here and all seminars organised by Theoretical Physics here. Those of particular interest to particle theorists are listed below:

Theoretical Particle Physics Seminar
@ 4.15 pm Thursdays (Dennis Sciama Lecture Theatre)
This is the weekly seminar of the Particle Theory Group. After the talk, all are invited to an informal reception in the Dalitz Institute.
The organiser Subir Sarkar welcomes suggestions for potential speakers.

Dalitz Seminar in Fundamental Physics
@ 1 pm Thursdays (Dalitz Institute)
This is an informal forum, organised by Fady Bishara & Olivier Lennon.

Experimental Particle Physics Seminar
@ 14:15 pm Tuesdays (Sciama Lecture Theatre)
Of particular interest to phenomenologists.
