'Finding aliens – An update on the search for life in the Universe'

The Department of Physics is delighted to invite you to a public lecture by Bill Diamond, President & CEO The SETI Institute, hosted by Prof Ian Shipsey, Head of Physics.

This event is open to general public (14yrs and above) and is free, however registration is required to guarantee a place.

Booking closes on Monday 3rd June, 17:00hs.

The talk will start at 18:00, but we request guests to be seated by 17:50hs.

After the talk there will be a Q&A session, and will be followed by a light drinks and nibbles reception.

Photos and videos will be taken on the day. If you do not wish to take part, please let us know when you arrive.
