I am a second-year PhD student in the group of Dr. Vivien Parmentier, affiliated with the sub-department of Atmospheric, Oceanic and Planetary Physics (AOPP). I obtained my bachelor's (Physics and Astronomy) and master's (Astronomy) degrees from Leiden University in the Netherlands. My current research focuses on the modelling of high-resolution transmission spectra of ultra-hot Jupiters, using Monte-Carlo radiative transfer techniques. To this end, I post-process the output of so-called General Circulation Models (GCMs).
