Particle Physics DPhil Student

I am a first year particle physics DPhil student working on the ATLAS experiment and in particular I am involved in the searches for supersymmetric particles (SUSY). I attained a first class master's degree in Physics from the Queen's University of Belfast where I was awarded the Raymond Greer prize.
My current research involves investigating the current missing transverse energy significance definition and the implementation of a quark gluon tagger within the SUSY multi jets analysis.
