Postdoctoral Research Assistant

In 2020 I completed a PhD on quantum oscillation measurements of strongly correlated and topological materials with the Quantum Matter group at the Cavendish Laboratory, Cambridge. Previous to this, in 2016, I completed an MPhys degree at the University of Liverpool where I was awarded the Oliver Lodge prize for finishing with the highest overall marks.

My work focuses on using low temperature transport and thermodynamic measurements to explore quantum properties of novel electronic and magnetic materials. Experiments are performed using two dilution refrigerator systems with 16 T superconducting magnets and custom thermodynamic probes.
