Hintze Fellow

I am a Hintze research fellow at the University of Oxford, working with the people in the group of Galaxies and Black Holes.
I got my Ph.D from the Department of Astronomy at Peking University / the Kavli Institute for Astronomy and Astrophysics, where I worked with Prof. Eric W. Peng and Prof. Luis C. Ho.

Galaxies are the basic units of the structure in the Universe, linking all kinds of objects and astrophysical processes. The histories of star formation trace the evolution of their host galaxies. My research is primarily on the star formation history of early-type galaxies, which mostly stopped star formation a long time ago and record their entire SFHs from birth to death.
