Head of Research Grants and Contracts

My role spans the Post-award/Grants team, project managers, contracts and the interface with the Research Facilitation Team. In post since January 2020, I am first port of call for any issues or questions relating to any of these areas.

I am seconded for some of my time to the Department for Physiology, Anatomy and Genetics (DPAG), overseeing the REF 2021 return as part of UoA 5. I joined DPAG in 2013 from King's College London where I was Research Development Manager in the Natural Sciences Faculty. Before that, I was Research Facilitator in the Oxford Department of Computer Science for over 4 years, having switched over from academic administration at LMH.

At Physics, I was Acting Head of Research Facilitation between December 2018 and December 2019. Please visit the Research Facilitation web pages if you have any questions relating to your grant or fellowship application.

I am a physicist (Diplom, University of Heidelberg) and hold a PhD (Dr.rer.nat.) from the Technical University (TU) Munich.
