Grad Student

I am a graduate student working on hardware development and systematic effects for future CMB experiments under the supervision of Mike Jones, Angela Taylor (Oxford), Tomotake Matsumura and Masashi Hazumi (Kavli IPMU, Japan).

I started my university career in Italy at the University of Milano-Bicocca, where I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and a Master’s degree in Astrophysics. During this time I developed an interest for experimental radio cosmology and astronomical instrumentation.

I am working primarily on LiteBIRD, a newly selected CMB satellite mission led by the Japanese Space Agency (Jaxa). This gave me the opportunity to spend a lot of time in Japan working in close contact with some of the people who are leading the project.
