The Beecroft Building project update - videos

The on-site archaeology is in full swing and the surface of the old car park has now been almost completely removed. Various trenches and pits have been excavated, and finds so far include groundworks from the Siege of Oxford (1644 – 1646) and a telecommunications torpedo! We’re expecting a full archaeology report in the near future and will share findings as soon as we have them. In the video below, you can see one entire day’s site activity in just 60 seconds.

We now have different viewpoints on the development of the Beecroft Building - the videos below show our eye-in-the-sky from the top of the Engineering Tower, and our usual footage from the front of the Martin Wood complex.
