Introductory lectures and choice of options
A general introduction to the major option lectures and class arrangements is given during 5th week of Trinity Term for third year MPhys and Physics & Philosophy students. A short introduction to each of the seven physics major options is given. Consult the lecture list for days and times.
At the end of 6th week of Trinity Term you will be required to return the pre-registration form indicated your option choices in order of preference. This is to ensure that the Department to make arrangements for the options classes. The Major Options Choices form (to be returned to the Physics Teaching Faculty, Clarendon Laboratory).
If you wish to change over the summer (vacation), or have not yet indicated your choice, it is essential that you inform the Academic Administrator and the relevant Option Coordinators as soon as possible. Final choices must be made by Friday of 0th week.
