QUANTUM SPINS IN MOLECULES / Prof Arzhang Ardavan
2:30 - 3:30

Miniaturisation has fascinates humans throughout history. Molecules, the smallest objects whose structures may be manipulated to engineer their properties, set a fundamental limit for the miniaturisation of tools and technologies. We examine molecules that embody quantum spins motivated by both fundamental science and the potential for future technologies.
