For my DPhil I am studying the design, construction and folding of synthetic DNA nanostructures. I am particularly interested in using DNA T-motifs to build DNA origami-like structures, which can be used to study the kinetics and thermodynamics of DNA folding.

In addition to my research, I teach Biophysical Chemistry classes to undergraduate Biochemistry students, and am also involved in mentoring Finals students in Biochemistry as they prepare for their exams.
