Wake on LAN packets need to be sent to the default VLAN, which can be done by broadcasting to the subnet 10.11/16. i.e.

wakeonlan -i 10.15.255.255 ab:cd:ef:01:23:45

This can be done from the Physics SSH gateway, ssh.physics.ox.ac.uk
