Autodesk provides a large suite of design software.

The software is available free to students, academics and anyone involved in teaching. The free software can only be used for personal use and not for teaching or laboratory use. The packages are the fully functional professional versions.
(AutoCAD is one of a suite of design software from Autodesk which also includes Autodesk Inventor.)

MS Office is installed by default on all Physics-managed Windows systems.

Physics Self Service can be used to update the software as required.

Self Service is a convenient way of installing software without requiring administrator access, without the need for any knowledge of kits or licences and without requiring any installation input from the user.

Platforms: Windows/Mac/Linux Self Service is available on Physics-managed Windows and Mac systems. It's not yet available on Linux systems.
